Petula, I think I could deal with being the Cinderella without the Prince Charming.  As long as my wicked stepmother found joy in my service. I would want her to want me around because she enjoyed training me and found purpose in seeing me grow as a more skilled servant.

That will take a lot of are work and probably a fair bit of discussion and agreement and whilst agreement would negate it actually being slavery that would be a safer way to proceed for both parties. It is possible though but you have to really want it and prove it.
