My favorite role is cooking since I'm naturally good at it.  Honestly I hate cleaning, but enjoy it because it makes my wife happy.  If not for a daughter at home and a big picture window in the center hall I'd happily be dressed as the maid!

Jtwammy, it is frustrating having limited opportunities owing to family circumstances. Until very recently, our household was very similar in set up but now with just my wife and I, the demand for maid service is steadily increasing. I also enjoy cooking and although I’m happy to do that in male mode, there is another level of enjoyment to be gained from preparing food and cleaning up for the lady of the house whilst in the role of maid of the house. We do not live as mistress and maid on a full-time basis as that is not desired by my wife. However, whenever she identifies domestic chores that need to be completed, she often asks “when is your friend likely to be around next” and if she doesn’t like the response, she then spells out that she requires maid service on a particular day and time and naturally, I am only too eager to please her and comply.
