In real life not sure such a thing would be possible apart from the odd boy who may want to wear a skirt.  There is the protests from many groups of boys about wearing suitable uniform in hot weather i.e. shorts.  So they wear skirts to school.  In my imagination a protest goes slightly awry in that the head is so taken with the lads in their skirts that she makes the skirt part of the school uniform.

When I grew up I sometimes wore a short skirt myself at home.  It is actually very comfortable for a boy.
