Disciplines could be like bare-bottom spankings either public or private. Didnt meet the quota? "10 bare bottom spankings"

I whole-heartedly agree bare-bottom spankings from Superiors would be an effective disciplinary tool for HR departments to use on sissies who violate company policies or rules. I think doing them publicly with the entire company looking on is the only way to do it to maximize the effectiveness. The spankings could be administered during the daily morning meeting before everyone gets going on their tasks for the day for whatever HR has deemed the proper punishment for a particular sissy the day before.

I think forcing sissies to sit in their Superiors' laps during meetings could also be another good punishment. It would be very embarrassing for them to have to sit through an entire meeting in a Superior's lap looking like a child while the day's business and agenda is discussed among team members.

Hello Sue,

I prefer my women to be very physically superior to me. I prefer women who are much taller, much more muscular, and stronger than me. A woman who is at least 6'4" with very big, hard, and well-defined muscles from head to toe is who I hope to find one day. I like to feel very small, weak, and insignificant in her presence. I want my woman to be able to easily overpower me so there's absolutely no question who is in charge and who lays down the law, and I think people should be able to tell just by looking at us. I still like her to have feminine qualities in her appearance tho, like hair that is at least shoulder length and a somewhat feminine way of dressing. What she decides to do with her appearance is ultimately up to her tho obviously.

A domineering and assertive attitude is also important to me. My woman should know there is no doubt she calls all the shots and doesn't hesitate to do what she pleases with me. Total female control is the future to the best version of society and our world.
