Just a few thoughts from personal experience. I have been taking hormones and later T-blockers for some time now. I am thrilled with the results, both mentally and physically. I do not have breast implants, but am definitely not against them and find the thought quite compelling. Its definitely a matter of personal choice. The hormones have given me small A sized breasts that are noticeable (but not overly so) when wearing my male clothing. I cherish my breasts and they are so sensitive and I also love the way my "A" sized bra's and bralettes fit. The other "benefit" of the hormones and especially T-blockers is that my **** and testicles  have become very feminized and small and after quite a few years impotent. Think of the T-blockers as "superchargers" for the hormones. On the emotional side, I am much more docile and happy and content and peaceful and I cherish this feeling. Oh and yes, I do find it much more easy to cry. I believe the hormones are powerful tools in the feminization process. But it IS a matter of personal choice. Testosterone is my enemy, Estrogen is my salvation!

Patti, I LOVE that you stated the goal of the NEW AGE movement is to FEMINIZE boys and men! Yes, Yes YES!!! I have been on estradiol and T-blockers and I have loved it and SOOO many positive effects! I need to be careful what I say with the way the world has recently turned "upside" down regarding transgender- If I could, I would push a button and every male would start on their feminine journey- But yes it is coming. Girls are Dominating boys by leaps and bounds- I especially like the idea of introducing the man-to-be-sissie by having him first wear panties and perhaps a bra under his clothes for a week- A VERY excellent way to introduce him to femininity and yes... He won't be able to forget he is wearing women's panties for "one" second, and yes, it will very much emasculate him which is very very addictive! I (a very submissive male and sissy) am married to a wonderful dominant women. She doesn't "try" to be dominant, she just "is". I want to encourage all the SUPERIOR women to take their rightful place as head of household in all respects and sissies that might read this to "give up" and "give in" to your female partner. She IS to be worshipped and you are to be "subjugated". It IS the natural order of things. Since my wife and I are fairly new together, we have not discussed the notion of FLR, but seemingly we act the part (if only in the beginning stages). My "Superior" thinks nothing of straightening her leg while sitting to let me know that she wants me to put on her lovely high heels for the day. I admit I AM getting better at the buckles. Neither does she think twice about asking me to hold or carry her purse for her. While in large meetings, she often asks me to fetch her purse in front of all in the room, which is sometimes seemingly miles away in the car and I must carry the purse through almost the entire factory. She commands all our finances (she is the bread-winner) and makes our plans for each and every day. We both get our nails done at the salon, which I adore and I always pay for the mani's and pedi's but also for all her expensive makeup and massages. I wouldn't have it any other way and so look forward to "other" ways I can submit to my darling "SUPERIOR". Thank you for this wonderful forum where we can all learn and share- jenelle alyssa

I just wanted to say that a few chastity cages are SOO adorable and cute- sure to make your man your submissive and emasculated little helper in all your needs. So MANY things emasculate the fragile male ego...My wife routinely has me carry her purse when we go shopping, I have learned to love this very much. We also get Mani's and Pedi's routinely at a beautiful large salon. Honestly, I could "live" there I love that place so much!  I also have been working quite awhile with a Mistress / Goddess online that has over time and with relentless training, actually brought my "truth" forefront and altered my sexuality. I found its who I have been all along but had suppressed the feelings of homosexuality. My point is to you Dominate ladies there is no end to the control you have over your ever more and more submissive husband / boys. No matter what level in emasculation and "sissy" there is no end to going "deeper". I applaud you Dominant ladies and even "curious" ladies and thank you for this website!

I am enamored with the likes of feminizing boys of all ages but of course it is not so much of a struggle when they are younger. I was not raised "feminized" and it has taken me a lifetime to realize how feminine I am and how much I truly enjoy that aspect of myself and to accept that. That's a long introduction to say that I queried Amazon Kindle on the subject of mothers feminizing boys and was surprised at the number of books (short reads) that I found on the subject. One I particularly liked was "10 Reasons your son would be happier as a girl" by Mary Lee. Believe me...I would have been "MUCH" happier raised as a girl! It seems the "main stream" has picked up on this topic and I am grateful for Kindle to get the word out- I think deep down, most boys would "love" to be girls-

Well as a lifetime "sissie boy" I totally agree that open toed sandals are to "die" for- I have naturally small slender feet, so maybe that is why I do not experience pain with this kind of shoe no matter what the heel height. -and besides, what is the sense in hiding your beautiful pedicured toes? I "adore" high heels and can't get enough of them.
Sissies were made to "strut" their stuff and high heels very much help.

As a prissy emasculated and humiliated sissy boi, I have always worn open toed high heel sandals. Of course I want (and others want) to see my pretty painted manicured toes. I also adore high "block" heels. I am fortunate to have a slender girlie body and wear a womans size 9B (normal width) shoe with almost no discomfort if the shoes are of good quality. All men and especially boys should be feminized by the Dominant woman GODDESS in their lives. Emasculation and humiliation are a "must" and must be reinforced relentlessly, taking the sissy boi further and further down the spiral of losing all vestiges of their manhood. I am on hormones and T-blockers and they constantly erode what little masculinity I thought I had and promote my sissy boi feminization. I have relinquished myself to wanting to please both GODDESS women (ALL women are GODDESSESS) as well as be prepared to service alpha men. This is not an uncommon path in feminization development. YES, TOTALLY agreed of course that WOMEN should direct all government and special services agencies at the highest levels! It is both necessary and natural. I worked for a considerable length of time in the world's largest aerospace company, a huge global organization. That organization was run at the highest level by a SUPERIOR Woman until she retired. Many many women held (and hold) high positions and were often promoted within the company- Of course most directors of HR in organizations are essentially Alpha Women and they sense and immediately weed out of the hiring pool the submissive and inferior males and promote Women in the management ranks (as all promotions must be scrutinized by the Human Resources Dept).
