What if it was made mandatory for adolescents to keep their scrotums (and only their scrotums) exposed at all times?

As soon as hair growth was noted the scrotum would become a valid target for any superior wishing to punish, practice, or for any other whim.

When the male decided they no longer wanted this attention, they could opt to keep the scrotum and pubic area shaved, so long as they also started to wear specially adapted pink panties, allowing both scrotum and status change to be readily visible.

The presence of the panties would be a signal that the wearer was a sissy in training, to be treated and used as such.

By this method society could very quickly start to train the vast majority of males whilst also identifying the militant ones.

There is a lot of research about why testosterone levels in males have dropped and why males have become weaker over the last decades. In my opinion here is not a single cause for it but a combination of different factors.

- Environmental issues: It is known that some substances that are now widely found in drinking water and foods cause a drop in testosterone levels.

- Nutrition: Human diet has changed considerably over the last decades which also has led to deteriorating health and many health-related problems.

- Less physical exercise: Boys and men used to either work hard physically or engaging in sports. Now they are spending their time with video games, smartphones, TVs, sitting in office chairs and driving cars. Less physical exercise also affects testosterone levels.

- Less self-confidence: Masculinity has come under attack from so many angles that males have now less self-confidence and feel generally less manly.

- Defeat at the hands of females: Boys nowadays face constant defeat at the hands of girls. Girls are outperforming boys academically, but also physically due to girls becoming ever stronger. No victories for the boys -> Less use of testosterone.

- Kicks to the balls: I am not sure as to how important this is but we have also seen a huge growth in girl-on-boy ballkickings. Many of these kicks leave lasting damage to the testicles. Even if the damage is not large enough to physically neuter them it might lead to a considerable drop on sperm and testosterone production.

Speaking as a male who can no longer function as a male sexually my testicles still produce testosterone and I still have sexual desire. Mistress Linda still derives pleasure from my oral service and she derives pleasure from my frustration as well as my jealousy. So in short my Mistress enjoys me having testicles even though she no longer uses my male appendage.
