I wear skinny jeans and leggings, yoga pants for my fitness classes and riding tights when I volunteer at a therapeutic horseback riding center.  The flat front is do important.   In June I hope to be permanently modified with castration

I went through horchiectomy time ago, nevertheless if you are relatively young I suggest you make a sperm reservation before it (as I did). Just in case you want to have children in the future.
I am happy with my decision.It increased my self-steem quite a lot.

I, as a sissy, love the flat front, and I wear it proudly at the gym in my yoga pants or my lady's slacks. My CB belt does hold everything back and nicely neat, it took me a while with fitting to get it correct, but once I did, I loved it.
When I swim in my one-piece suit or do the elliptical at the gym with my yoga pants, I don't hide the smooth front. When I do my stretches and lay on the floor, it really shows. I get a few ladies who look and stare, trying to figure out why there is no bump. I love under my pants at work having no bump or sight of manhood and with my CB belt in the bathroom, I can not see anything either, just sit and go.

Having everything tucked back and presenting  a flat front is actually very comfortable, I would never want to go back to being uncontrolled again.

I find that a fru fru clip ( such a shame they only come in two sizes ) worn with a panti gaff ( minimizer ) gives me the best flatest look and of course wearing a frufru means that we can also wear those sexy slinky French panties that are so delicious with out that restricting thong or tight panties beneath
