I consider the risk of implants which need replacing quite regularly. Plus they can mask breast cancer. Against hormones, which have been used by Superiors quite extensively. With just regular blood tests to ensure liver and kidney function. And hormones can be stopped.
Something that I also found out. The maximum breast size on hormones is one cup size down on the malettes mother.
Both are expensive options though. But in addition to breast size, hormones with feminise the whole body. Bottom rounder, face slimmer. Even some hair regrowth. It is your choice as the Superior in the relationship. X

I'm personally considering both hormones and breast implants for my sissy, but I'm doing a lot of research on this forum first about the hormones because I know many women feel that feminisation of males shouldn't require hormones.

Either implants with potential problems as reported in news programmes or hormones, both require medical assessment and supervision before any surgeon or doctor would proceed, this is serious stuff and in the case of hormones the breast growth will be irreversible., then there is the social considerations too.
Personally, I think that I would like to have much more sensitivity and development in my nipples, maybe a natural a cup would give a small but  nice shape but I would want a woman in my life to want it too so that she could enjoy the feminisation of her sissy, until then for me, my feminisation comes from within.

I love wearing my bras even without breast forms and my pretty lacy padded cup bralettes are a delight to wear every day.

I recall one of our icons Mrs Silk, insisted on, and had her head maid Jane fitted with breast implants.  It was well documented on her site including before and after pictures. For Jane I’m guessing it was a moment of no return, though Mrs Silk said at the time if Jane ever left her service she could have them removed.

I've not heard of this Mrs Silk. Is there a place where I can learn more?!

I known women who have opted to have their sissy's under go feminization surgeries including implants. I highly recommend talking with medical experts before considering anything permanent.
