As I told before, me and my friends feminized me from an early age. Some years have passed since that, and even though I can't express freely my femineity I'm still a sissy at heart and I've made some things to help me feel feminine: I frequently remove my body hair, I always wear lingerie, I paint my toe nails, got my ears pierced (again) and also a navel piercing, I know how to do my makeup and how to walk in high heels and about 3 months ago I started to wear 24/7 a micro chastity device. Now I feel is time I take a step further and start wearing a butt plug 24/7. I've seen some cute ones with a shiny heart-shaped pink stone and that's what I want to get. I want to ask what can I expect for that. I've been thinking on starting immediately with the biggest size, I own a dildo with a good size, so I think I could handle it. I'd use it under my male clothes, but (obviously) also when I get to wear a cute skirt or dress. Should I be careful of something?

Be aware that wearing a plug 24/7 is very different from just short periods. That said I've been out with a plug so can offer the following:
Make sure you wear a harness of tight panties to keep it in place, if it falls out in public it will be embarrassing and even dangerous.
Have a small container of lube so you can easily reinsert it after a comfort break. When I've done it I make sure the plug won't fit in my bag so I must reinsert it.
Working around your plug will certainly encourage rocking your hips like a girl does so relax and let it happen - it can be a nice feeling.
You may find yourself becoming extremely aroused so make plans on what you will do when it happens.
It's fun and addictive but you're going for gold with 24/7 I wish you the best with it and hope you achieve your target.

I have a set of three of those metallic plugs with jewels on the outside. I can wear a small one all day and night without really being aware that it is there  when I have to sit to do number twos.  The middle one. he’s comfortable to install and I can’t wear it all day but I become aware of it later before going to bed, so I don’t sleep with it yet The largest is only comfortable in my Sissy **** for around an hour, and then becomes very uncomfortable. I suppose it is all a matter of time and training half my ****. Good luck with which ever one you choose

Live your life as you want , but why having a plug 7x24?
I can understand a plug for short periods several times per day, but why the whole day?

I think that would be my permanent surrender of my (little, maybe non-existent) masculinity. I would also show my availability to any strong woman who is interested in me.

I've worn one for 12 hours and definitely noticed some chafing around the edges against my buttocks/entrance.
