Dear nightie fan,
I assure you that you are not alone in your love of floor length nightwear. My favourite is a double layered pink full length nightdress that I inherited from my mother in law. I always look forward to colder nights of winter when I can wear it and a pair of frilled pink panties to protect my modesty. My wife sometimes suggests that I love it as I secretly want to be her mother but I have to assure her I am happy being her maid and serving her however she desires. We are away travelling at present so not much opportunity but that means I have something to look forward to at the end of the vacation. BTW - there are quite a few places on line to browse and shop for vintage nightwear and lingerie.

It looks nice and comfy, especially in cold climates. It's not my cup of tea though. I prefer long, flowy, and nylon tricot as the material rather than flannel. I prefer sensuousness over function.
